1Introduction & Acceptance

3KYC Verification (Identity Confirmation)

BD23 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As a result, identity verification is required for withdrawals above a specified amount.

KYC verification may typically require the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A selfie of yourself (for face verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment account used

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4Deposit Rules

Before making a deposit at BD23, please note the following:

• Deposits must come from your own account. Deposits from another person's account are not accepted.

5Withdrawal Rules

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

• If any leg of a parlay bet is voided, the entire parlay may be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• All results declared by bd23 are final and binding.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd23:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus hunting – placing low-risk bets after claiming a bonus with the intent to withdraw immediately
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems
• Payment fraud or chargebacks
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to BD23's systems or security infrastructure

9Account Closure & Suspension

Bd23 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of the Terms & Conditions
• When suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are processed before closing your account.
